Contract Confirmation

After placing an order and concluding a contract, AE Trans provides the user with a contract confirmation and all information related to the services in a durable format – via email.

The documents sent to the user are provided in a way that allows them to save, view, and restore them unchanged at all times.

Complaint and Consumer Dispute Resolution Procedure

A user who believes that AE Trans is improperly fulfilling or not fulfilling the terms of the contract has the right to submit a complaint in writing via email: info@ae-trans.lt .

All price quotes are provided based on the information provided by the client. The final price may change depending on the actual services provided, including additional items, distance, or time required.

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the service is provided. If payment is not made on time, services may be delayed or canceled.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must inform us in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule their order. Depending on the notice period, cancellation fees may apply.

5. Liability

AE Trans will take all reasonable precautions when handling your belongings. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Items packed by the client
  • Previously existing damages
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)

Additional insurance may be offered upon request.

  • Inform us about fragile or valuable items
  • Obtain necessary permits if required
